Evaporation an Energy Intensive Operation. SS; Techno evaporators are
designed in Multiple Stage units (with or without Thermal Vapour
Re-compression -TVR) to ensure optimum steam consumption and powder
utilization. This keeps the cost of Operation as low as possible.
Wrong Selection and Poor design can lead to hard Scaling on the evaporator
tubes due to salt deposition causing mal-operations leading to premature
stoppages and maintenance costs. S. S. Techno Evaporators are carefully
designed to handle high concentrations of salt without such problems.
If desired, suitable Drying system can be supplied to produce Dry
salt/Sludge. S. S. Techno manufactures Spray Dryers, Flash Dryers,
Continuous Fluid Bed Dryers and Screw Conveyor Dryers for this purpose.
